Shipping times vary by location: Singapore/Malaysia (2-3 days), Asia Pacific (5-7 days), North America (7-10 days), Europe (8-12 days), Other regions (10-15 days).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders. Express shipping is available for an additional $15.99 for faster delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are tracked with RFID technology. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, and you can track it on our website or the carrier's website.

What payment methods do you accept?
